Both traditional and more Eorzean style desserts with Doman flavors! Our dessert menu varies from sun to sun perhaps you may find something new as well one sun and gone the next! [ Gil prices are imaginary, no need to really pay this in game. All official workers will not charge actual gil for imaginary items. We are using a 10:1 ratio gil:dollars as it seems using the 100:1 gil:dollar ratio makes the end amount feel too high. ( 10gil = 1.00$ /100 yen/ 1 euro) ]
Freshly made in house early in the sun. A special type of mochi rice is used, soaked overnight before being steamed the next sun. Once cooked the rice is put into wooden usu then smashed before being pounded with a wooden kine, occasionally being flipped over and wet to keep from drying and set correctly. The result gives us a smooth, soft, and stretchy mochi dough. Warning: sticky deliciousness!
Balls of our fresh mochi that have been dusted in Kinako, a roasted soybean flour that has a light roasted nutty flavor almost similar to peanuts but lighter in taste.
A fresh ripe rolanberry covered with a layer of anko, a sweet bean paste, then our house made mochi. Lightly dusted with popoto startch to keep from sticking to things while keeping the flavor pure.

Mochi made from the powder of Kudzu root instead of rice. It has a firm clear jelly like texture unlike mochi made from rice. It is served chilled with Kuromitsu--a Doman sugar syrup similar to molasses but thinner, milder, and not too sweet--ladled over it. Then finished with a dusting of Kinako--a roasted soybean flour that has a light roasted nutty flavor almost similar to peanuts but lighter in taste.
