Saika is a small oriental style restaurant valuing providing freshness and care in every dish no matter how simple. Ingredients are gathered daily for the menu and what can be is preserved in house. Fish are caught and bought daily to ensure freshness for our bountiful sushi and sashimi selection. At the end of the day everything is sold cheaper as a happy hour type deal and great for those on budgets. Anything leftover is then taken and distributed to different refuges.
